I learnt this a few years ago from the lovely Dreena Burton, who has great recipes and much appreciated by the vegan community.
Simply spread hummus on your tortilla or pizza crust and then top it with your favourite veggies. This one is topped with peppers,mushrooms, lightly steamed asparagus, caramelised onions,sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes. Lovely!
