Book Sharing Monday:Hervé Tullet

For this week I chose Herve Tullet's books: The Game of Finger Worms, The Game of Light and Carnival of Colours.

We came across them at a bookstore when Defne was a baby. These are gorgeous so we bought them immediately. Herve Tullet combines learning and play through his beautiful illustrations and beautiful cut-outs.
The Game of Finger Worms introduces kids to the imaginary world at their fingertips.

The Game of Lights is a game of storytelling with shadows. The Carnival of Colours is a great way to introduce colors.

If you visit Herve Tullet's website, you can see more of his work and extracts from his books.

What have you been reading and enjoying with your children lately? I would love it if you come and share with us. Feel free to grab my button (on the right hand side) and share the love.

  1. Discovered your blog for the first time today and LOVE it!! Have been making a list with all the books you recommend!! Thank you!!

    Have a great week!

  2. Love these and must find them. What fun at your finger tips. Thanks!

  3. These Herve Tullet board books are fun. I especially like The Game of Finger Worms. While they are board books, many seem best for older kids. I'm curious to try them out on my 6, 4, and 2-year-olds to see which kids get the most out of them.

  4. Wow, what gorgeous books! I am adding them to my wish list, thank you!

  5. Glad you all liked these books :)

  6. What are the odds we'd review books from this author in the same week? Glad to see you liked the board books. Now I'm even more interested in finding copies to read.

Thank you so much for taking your time and leaving a comment!
