Book Sharing Monday: The Biggest Kiss

It's Book Sharing Monday again and here is another library find that we have been enjoying lately: The Biggest Kiss by Joanna Walsh and Judi Abbot (illustrator).

Kisses on noses
Kisses on toes-es
Sudden kisses
when you least supposes.
Who likes to kiss?
I do, I do!
Even the shy do,
Why not try, too?

Rhyming words and soft and cute illustrations.
It's lovely book to read at bedtime or when your child needs a little bit of a reassurance.

What have you been reading and enjoying with your children lately? I would love it if you come and share with us. Feel free to grab my button (on the right hand side) and share the love.

  1. That's a very cute book. We need to join back in with book sharing soon, Kit is stuck wanting 'the tiger book' all the time at the moment (The Tiger Who Came to Tea) so we aren't finding many new books! :)

  2. Such a cute book. I'm adding it to the wishlist. I love kissing books. Have you seen, "No More Kissing!" by Clark (I think that's the author)? Another good one.

  3. This book looks really sweet, and I love the illustrations, especially the one on the cover. Speaking of kissing books, there's a great one we've been enjoying at our house for years. It's an Australian book called Kiss Kiss! (by Margaret Wild and Bridget Strevens-Marzo). Oh, and we also like Daddy Kisses (by Anne Guttman and Georg Hallensleben). And then there's If Animals Kissed Good Night (by Ann Whitford Paul and David Walker). I guess we must like kissing books at our house, too!
