Gyo Fujikawa {The Children's Bookshelf}

Happy Monday! It is time for our weekly kid-lit link up. Last week I shared a poetry book and I recieved some lovely comments. I thought I'd share two more poetry books that we love.

Both books are illustrated by Gyo Fujikawa and I just adore the illustrations,absolutely beautiful! A Child's Garden of Verses features poems by Robert Louis Stevenson. They are a joy to read. A Child's Book of Poems also contains captivating poems. I could spend hours reading these books. Perfect for introducing children to poetry, especially during these cosy winter nights.
Highly recommended.

The Children's Bookshelf is co-hosted by What Do We Do All Day, No Twiddle Twaddle, Smiling like Sunshine, Mouse Grows Mouse Learns , Mommy and Me Book Club and My Little Bookcase.
