I realised a few ingredients were missing and I had to go to the town to Sainsbury's before our friends arrived.
I like shopping at Sainsbury's as I know that they always match their prices with their competitors and offer you the difference if they find out they are more expensive at certain brands.

I decided to prepare my favourite grilled halloumi salad and roasted parsnip salad with puy lentils.
Grilled Halloumi Salad is one of my favorite salads.I quickly grilled some halloumi cheese. While they were getting done, I prepared some rocket and baby salad leaves on plates.
Added some sugar snap beans, croutons, a few tablespoons of Heinz Light Salad Cream and done.
I like that Heinz Pourable Sunshine Salad Creams don't contain any colors or flavours. I always read the labels of the products that we consume to make sure they are healthy. Therefore this is very important for me.

I think the sauce is what makes this recipe so delicious. A beautiful combination of mustard, honey and garlic. I used Heinz mustard that I already had at home. I like its mild taste. If you find other mustards too strong, I highly recommend this one.
For the kids, I quickly prepared some Israeli Couscous with puy lentils. Everyone was satisfied and we rounded up with some hot chocolate while the kids enjoyed their rice puddings.
